Extended Day

Extended Day is offered throughout the school year for an annual fee that is divided into equal monthly payments. You may also use this service on a drop-in basis and be invoiced monthly. Please visit the main office for more information and enrollment forms.

During the school year, we offer Before School Care (BSC) and After School Care (ASC) daily.

BEFORE SCHOOL CARE (BSC)

Drop-off Procedures

All children using Before School Care (BSC) must be walked into the building and signed in daily.

Toddler (7:30 - 8:30 am)

All toddler students (Owlets & Little Owls) will use the Main Building for Before School Care.

• From 7:30-8:00 am - Please enter through the Main Entrance. Use the keypad and code to enter. Stop at the check-in table, sign in your child, and ring the doorbell for assistance.

• From 8:00-8:30 am - Please enter through the Blue Gate. Sign in your child, and ring the doorbell outside the exterior classroom door for assistance.

Pre-Primary - 8th Grade (7:30 - 8:00 am)

Please enter the Main Building. Use the keypad and code to enter. Stop at the check-in table, sign in your child, and ring the doorbell for assistance.

AFTER SCHOOL CARE

Pick-up Procedures

All children using After School Care must be signed out daily.

Toddler (3:30 - 5:30 pm)

All toddler students (Owlets & Little Owls) will use the Main Building for After School Care. Little Owls will be safely transported to the Owlet classroom in the Main Building at the end of each day. Use the keypad and code to unlock the main door. Stop at the check-in table, sign out your child, noting the time, and ring the doorbell for assistance.

Note: When signing out your child from After School Care, you MUST indicate the time of pick-up. Blank or illegible times will result in a 5:30 pm charge.

Pre-Primary - 8th Grade (3:00 - 6:00 pm)

Please enter the Main Building using the keypad and code to enter. Stop at the check-in table, sign out your child, and ring the doorbell for assistance.

Note: When signing out your child from After School Care, you MUST indicate the time of pick-up. Blank or illegible times will result in a 6:00 pm charge.
