Please see your child’s assigned class arrival location below. When entering the main lot (15th Avenue), please enter from the north side of the parking lot and exit to the south. Please note that there is a RIGHT TURN ONLY out of our main parking lot.

GENERAL ARRIVALS

Children’s House (800-900AM): Front Yard; Front Door

Little Owls (830AM-930AM): Main Doors Enrichment Building (16th Ave)

Owlets (830AM-930AM): Blue Gate (15th Ave); Exterior Classroom Door

Yellow, Purple, Red, Green & Blue Rooms (800AM-900AM): Main Lot (15th Ave); Main Hallway

Barn, Snowy Owls (800AM-840AM): Main Lot (15th Ave); Main Hallway

Forest Owls (800AM-810AM): Main Lot (15th Ave); Upper School Entrance

VALET SERVICE

Pre-Primary-Grade 8

(NOTE: Toddlers must be walked in/out)

For those of you using our ever-popular valet service, please REMAIN IN YOUR CARS. This is the preferred method of our families at both general arrivals and general dismissals. 

WALK-UP

For those of you who prefer to walk your child to, or pick up from, the appropriate entry, we ask that you not enter the building to help minimize indoor congestion. Please park on the street or in the Eastside EB parking lot.

BEFORE SCHOOL CARE (BSC)

All toddler students (Owlets & Little Owls): 730AM-830AM

730AM-800AM, Main Building; Use the keypad and code to unlock the main door 

800AM-830AM, Blue Gate; Exterior Classroom Door

Use the Main Building for BSC. Stop at the check-in table where a staff member will greet you as you sign your child into care.  Sign-in your child at the check-in station, and note the time.  

For Drop-In BSC

Sign-in your child on the green “Drop-In” BSC sheet.

Pre-Primary-Grade 8

730AM-800AM, Main Building; Use the keypad and Code to unlock the main door.

DISMISSALS

Little Owls (315PM-330PM):  Main Doors Enrichment Building (16th Ave)

Yellow, Purple, Red, Green & Blue Rooms (300PM-315PM): Main Lot (15th Ave)

Barn, Snowy Owls, Forest Owls/Upper School (245PM-300PM): Main Lot (15th Ave)

**If you missed picking up your child at their general dismissal time, they will be signed into our After School Care program. The drop-in/late pick-up rate is $15/hour.  

• You will need to come into the Main Building.

• Use the keypad and code to unlock the main door. 

• Stop at the check-in table and ring the black ASC doorbell for assistance.

  Sign out your child on the pink Drop-In ASC sheet, noting the time of pick up.

EARLY DISMISSALS

Twice per year, we have early dismissals for all levels; December, the WEDNESDAY BEFORE WINTER BREAK and the last day of school which is the FIRST FRIDAY OF JUNE.  Please use the locations for general dismissals when picking up your child and note the pick-up times below:

Little Owls & Owlets:  1115AM-1130AM

Forest Owls/Upper School: 1145AM-1200PM

Barn & Snowy Owls: 1145AM-1200PM

Yellow, Purple, Red, Green & Blue Rooms:  1200PM-1215PM

Children’s House: 1200PM-1215PM 

AFTER SCHOOL CARE (ASC)

Toddler (330PM-530PM)

• All toddler students begin ASC in their classrooms.  At 430PM, Little Owls will be safely transported to the Main Building where they will join the Owlets in the Owlets classroom where ASC will continue until 530PM.

• Use the keypad and code to unlock the main door. 

• Stop at the check-in table and ring the black ASC doorbell for assistance. Sign out your child at the check-out station, and note the time.  

• UNCLEAR OR BLANK sign-out times will result in a 530PM charge. 

Pre-Primary-Grade 8 (300PM-600PM) 

• Main Building; Use the keypad and to unlock the main door. 

• Stop at the check-in table and ring the black ASC doorbell for assistance.  Sign out your child on their sheet within their class binder found at the check-out station, and note the time.

• UNCLEAR OR BLANK sign-out times will result in a 6PM charge.

For Drop-In ASC

• Sign-out your child on the pink “Drop-In” ASC sheet.

• UNCLEAR OR BLANK sign-out times will result in a 6PM charge.
